This stamp was commissioned by An Post to commemorate the bicentinery of Louis Braille. It consists of dots organised to form an eye, showing braille as an extension of our sense of sight.

Karl Oskar Blaise designed this stamp Containing an image of his son. I like the visual contrast between the soft image of the boy and the industrial background, with just one accent of colour.

This Canadian Stamp was created by Karacters Design, to celebrate the millenium. I like the symbolism in this stamp such as the figure emerging from a light blue background, symbolizing optimism and new beginnings.
